Sebuah sistem voting khusus secara online memungkinkan penggemar untuk login ke MTV SBS Korea / Daum website dan memilih yang 'terbaik' sebagai penghibur untuk tahun ini dalam berbagai kategori. Pemenangnya termasuk Super Junior, SHINee, B.A.P, f(x), Wooyoung, dan BoA.

Fan menilainya dari SBS MTV Korea dan situs Daum dihitung untuk 40% masing-masing, untuk 80% dari total. Hakim menentukan sisa 20%, dan pemungutan suara berlangsung selama 14 hari dari 3 Desember-16 Desember.
